Redefining how law works in the age of AI.
We're building a law firm where the line between human and machine isn't a boundary, it's where the best legal work happens

A new kind of law firm, built AI-native.
Law is one of the last professional services still billed by the hour. Clients pay for time, not outcomes, and the work moves at the speed of a legal calendar rather than a business one.
That model worked when the only way to get legal work done was to pay a senior lawyer to read a document. It doesn't work anymore.
We started Clayfield because the alternative that exists today will take years to deliver the efficiency gains that are already possible.
Our clients, from fast-moving AI companies to established mid-market and enterprise businesses, don't have years. They have matters that need to close this week.
So we built a different kind of firm: one where AI is the engine of how work gets done, not a tool bolted on top. Our lawyers work alongside AI systems that handle drafting, redlining, and review at machine speed.
